Now is a terrific time to add more videos to your online marketing portfolio. If you haven’t already, create a book trailer. Start a v-log on your own YouTube channel for fans. Share other genre authors’ book trailers to your blog. Start using video in creative ways, find out what works for you and integrate it into your overall marketing strategy.

HOT TIP: Don’t have access to video? No worries. Use Keynote or PowerPoint to create slides with photos and text, then upload them to SlideShare. You can add music or other audio by creating a SlideCast. You can also use still photographs in iMovie. In Keynote, you can create a presentation with audio and export it as a file that uploads on YouTube (although the audio here records will all background noise).
